Storage Measures For Peanut Oil

(1) Temperature: Store peanut oil in a sealed container at a temperature below 15°C, otherwise lipase and oxygen will act on the oil, resulting in an increase in acid value and peroxide value. To meet this storage condition, the oil storage depot should be built underground. Because the ground temperature below 4 meters is below 20°C all year round.
