Screening
First, use a dustpan to sift out the peanut shells and firewood, and then use a round sieve to sift out stones, dirt, iron and other debris. The less impurities in the raw kernel after screening, the better, no more than 0.1%.
Grinding
The peanut kernels can be crushed with a stone mill. When grinding, the peanut kernels should not be spread too thickly to avoid uneven grinding of the raw dough. The thickness of the raw dough should be 0.3-0.5 mm.
Steaming
You can use an iron pot steamer, and after the water boils, spread the ground raw dough evenly on it. After steaming, it is required that oil can be seen when twisted, the moisture content is about 8.5%, and the temperature is above 100℃.
Stacking
The steamed dough is the cooked dough, which should be quickly wrapped and stacked. The cake can be wrapped in a single circle, the upper and lower edges of the cake circle should be aligned, the grass should be laid evenly, and the cooked dough should be compacted and flattened after loading, so that the middle is slightly higher. The cake wrapping should be fast and flat, and the stacking should be straight and straight to achieve the requirements of keeping the cake mild and extending the pressing time.
First pressing
The manual screw press should be placed in a heat-insulated room. After the cake is loaded, it should be pressed immediately. It should be pressed step by step, lightly and frequently. Generally, when the oil output reaches about 90%, the press is dismantled, the cake is unloaded, and the edge of the cake is scraped off with a curved knife (it should not be crushed together with the cake, it is best to mix it into the green cake and then perform the first pressing).
Crushing and pressing the cake
The first cake with the edge of the cake scraped off is crushed with a stone mill and passed through a 3-mesh sieve until it is completely sieved.
Secondary pressing
The operation is the same as above.
Crude oil is combined and filtered
The filtered peanut oil is edible. The filter residue can be mixed into the green cake for repeated pressing.
