Extracted oil - production process: The extraction method uses solvent oil (No. 6 light gasoline) to fully soak the oil raw materials and then extract them at high temperature. It is processed through the "six degreasing" process (i.e. degreasing, degumming, dehydration, decolorization, deodorization, and deacidification). The biggest feature is high oil yield and low production cost. This is also one of the reasons why the price of soybean salad oil is generally lower than that of pressed oil. During the extraction process, residues in edible oil are inevitable. According to national standards, even qualified extracted soybean oil is allowed to contain 10 mg of solvent residue per kilogram.
