Notes
Storage conditions: Keep away from light and sealed (polyunsaturated fatty acids are easily oxidized). It is recommended to use up within 3 months after opening.
Allergy risk: Very few people are allergic to sunflower seeds.
Healthy people: Control the daily dosage (about 25-30 grams) to avoid excessive Omega-6. Patients with cardiovascular diseases should give priority to high oleic acid types.
